Historical background
In 1966, Victor Keymolen began the sale and repairing of tractors, agricultural and gardening machines.
Later, in 1980, his sons split the activities. Joseph and his wife took over the agricultural part and sale of tractors while Henri, the gardening.
In 1991, the company goes further in its development and changes its statutes. It becomes the KEYMOLEN AGRI limited company. A new development for a company in full expansion!
KEYMOLEN AGRI became official dealer for JCB in 1996. They started, in arrow, the sale of backhoe loaders, telescopic handlers and excavators.
After many building and modernization works, on 15th December 2000, the company settled in and celebrated its new installations: a new shop, more storage equipment, a new workplace,... This is an important turning point for the future of the company.
Since the end of 2004, Sophie and Etienne, the third generation of Keymolen came into the business with the same goal of their parents: the best quality and services for their customers.
End of the year 2007, we open the doors of our new showroom, a building located just opposite of the existing installations offering continually the exhibition of many stock machines, tractors, telescopic handlers, excavators, plough, sprayers for the comfort of the customers.
In 2010, KEYMOLEN AGRI launches out in the sales and repair of CLAAS forage harvesters and combine harvesters. This new activity offer the possibility of extension the parking behind the existing building and the construction of a new building dedicated to harvesters and large machines, in use since September 2014.
During 2015, Etienne decided to offer still more services to the customer and announced our collaboration with MEDIEMA and DEWULF. These 2 brands propose a large range of potato and vegetable machines as cultivators, planters, harvesters (potato, carrot or others), rollers, graders and also storage solutions.
The year 2022 marked the decision to cease distribution of CLAAS harvesting machinery. This does not mean a decline in business or investment. Indeed, in the middle of that year, construction began on a new warehouse dedicated to the storage of new and used equipment.
In the summer of 2023, we are proud to announce our partnership with the manufacturer FALC and to become the official distributor for the entire brand across Belgium (rotary harrows, rotary tillers, shredders, tools for market gardening, tools for organic farming, tools for orchards and/or vineyards).
At the start of 2024, driven by our desire to serve our customers as best we can, we added the Maclouis brand to our portfolio. We therefore became the official importer for Wallonia of this specialist in onion harvesting. In doing so, we expanded our offering and range to cater for a rapidly growing crop in our region.
